MI+ Paste Instructions for Use
  • Floss, brush, and rinse as normal

  • Apply MI Paste in trays

  • Let sit on your teeth for 3 minutes, remove trays, then expectorate - DO NOT RINSE!

  • Wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking

  • This can be done at any time of day, but best to do at bedtime!
